Standard Still Photo Shoot - $200
For homes up to 3000 square feet. Includes 15 still photographs in digital format (.JPG) optimized for use on the web and a flyer. Photos will be delivered electroniclly... that is, you just download them. You also will also get a pointer to an unbranded Slide show that presents the 15 photos in a convenient virtual tour format. This shoot will take approximately 1.5 hours. See example slide show here.
Twilight External Photograph - $100
This type of photo is an extra cost because an extra trip must be scheduled around twilight (the 15 minutes before and after sunset).
Elevated Exterior Photograph - $100
This type of photo is taken with special equipment that elevates that camera 8 to 15 feet above street level.
VR Photography - $60 per 360 View
Full screen 360 spherical photographs shot with special 360VR lens. You will get a pointer to the photos setup in a virtual tour format like this. You can use this pointer to put on your web site or your MLS site or Craigslist or other web sites.
Slide Show On DVD - Buyer/Seller gift -$35
The DVD contains a self contained DVD with a slide show of all the photos from the shoot. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player and computers that will play standard DVDs.
Real Estate Flyer Design - $100
A custom designed double sided 8.5X11" color real estate flyer containing a full page photo of the property on the front side and 9 smaller interior photos on the backside with text of your choosing. You will receive a PDF file containing both sides of the flyer that you can print on the color laser printer of your choice. See example here: Flyer-front, Flyer-back
Real Estate Brochure - $200
A custom designed 11x17 color brochure folded to create 2 double sided pages printed on 60 lb laser paper. You will receive a CD containing a large PDF file and 2 printed copies of the brochure. To produce copies of the brochure just take the CD to Kinkos and they will print the brochures for roughly $2 each depending on quantity. See example here: BrochureFrontBack, BrochureInside
