In a fast market when homes sell quickly photos are extra important because out of town buyers use photos to make buying decisions! We had a recent sale where the out of town buyers made an offer totally based on the photos. The first time they physically saw the home was at the inspection.

The reason the buyers made their decision from the photos was that they had lost bidding competitions several times and knew they had to act quickly or not get the home. They were out of town when we listed the property so they did what they had to do to get the home.
